When we first opened the doors of our small craft brewery in 2017, we had one mission: to brew real beer the right way. (And have a little fun along the way.)
Today, LakeHouse Brewery is an independent 80 hectoliter craft brewery serving fresh beer directly to our bar and restaurant. We are experimental by nature and release a new beer almost every week. Along with our beloved core lineup of Red Rye, Gidigich IPA, Midnight Porter and wildly popular IPAs, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of taste with innovative beers such as Watermelon Ale, Lai Pie Ice Cream, Limited Edition Cask. aged wine-beer hybrids and decadent dessert stouts.
It seems we weren't the only ones craving a pint of quality beer and a good laugh. A few years later - and lots of hops - the promise of flavorful beers served in an unpretentious setting has gathered an enthusiastic community of beer drinkers, enough to try every new beer we have on offer.
Stout Bier
Stout is a traditional Scottish ale with a beautiful dark brown color with ruby accents and a complex and rich taste. Ale is brewed from the finest Scottish barley

Lake House Ale
"Lake House Ale" uses top fermentation, an older method of fermentation in which yeast rises to the surface of the beer over several days, although some British breweries use a starter that does not have pronounced top fermentation characteristics. Drink water rich in calcium sulfate.

Rosalie dunkel
Dunkel (rosalie) is the common name for several types of dark German lager (bottom-fermented beer). In fact, the term is translated as "dark", but the actual color of the drink varies from amber to reddish brown. The peculiarity of the variety is a characteristic malt aroma, but without "smoke" and smoky notes. However, in informal communication, any dark beer is often called dunkel; in northern and western Germany, even Altbier, a traditional top-fermented dark beer, may be called this.

There is a legend that IPA became popular in England after one of the merchant ships ran aground in the Irish Sea (according to another version - off the coast of Scotland) and the locals tried strong export beer, which was taken out of the shipwreck. There is no documentary evidence of this.

New England IPA
Around 2015, a new breed of IPA appeared on the East and West coasts of the United States called "North Eastern IPA and New England IPA" (NEIPA anyway).
